Introduction to Birding
Jays and Sparrows and Wrens, Oh My! It’s that incredible time of year when our feathered friends are putting on a show in the great outdoors. The leaves are turning, and the birds are bustling, getting ready for Winter, which makes it an absolutely thrilling moment to observe their fascinating behaviors.
WHAT TO BRING: We’ll be taking a leisurely stroll through the woods, so hiking boots are encouraged. If you have binoculars, don’t forget to bring them along to get up close and personal with our feathered friends.
And to all the parents out there, don’t let the Peckers and Tits discourage you! This experience is a blast for the whole family, so bring the kids along for a day of learning and adventure.
Please Note: As much as we love our furry friends, let’s leave the doggos at home for this one.
We’re eagerly looking forward to seeing you there. This is a fantastic opportunity to connect with nature, bond with fellow bird enthusiasts, and, most importantly, discover the mesmerizing world of our avian neighbors.
Feel free to invite your friends and family – the more, the merrier!
